MARTINA, the name of the collection, pays tribute to Agnes Martin, the renowned artist famous for her delicate use of line and repetition, and also to Martini, the legendary brand of book-sewing machines that still holds prestige in bookbinding today. A tribute to the timeless and the patiently crafted, where even the stitching remains visible as part of the object’s beauty.
